Is patch 1.3 coming?

We dont have still any news from UBI (or SH devs team but may be they cant do it because of contracts obligations). I intentionally separate them, because making decision about patchs is totally depends on UBI management policy.
If some of subsimmer community(including me) can use manual targeting system on the level it represented in sh4 p1.2 and with some help of modders) I believe it still necessary to make next patch sovling several gameplay bugs for all others. And it will increase sales with good numbers.*note for UBI
Or at least we have to know that patch 1.2 is final. Keeping community of present and potential customers out of knowledge what is going on is disrespectful.
PS Great thanks to modders Dicimus, Beery and other modders for doing their important work.
