I am taking a lot of save points during my patrols. Is there anyway to safe way to clean these up? Like after I am back in port?
Thanks. PS: I am PC literate, you can just tell me which files to delete using a file manager.

When loading the game and getting to the which saved game you want to load (let's say you have saves numbered 1 to 10) Just delete say no 9 and all saves prior to that will be erased

Otherwise, if you want to delete them from a file manager, navigate to:
My Documents\SH3\data\cfg\Careers\Your Kaleuns Name\(Number of your patrol - 1) This assumes you used default folders on installation. The reason why you have to subtract 1 from your patrol number is that the game begins with the first patrol info in folder named 0. There should be about 10 files for each save. They all have the name that you chose for the save, but have 10 different extensions. I would suggest saving a bunch of times early in a patrol (easy to do-over) to make sure you have the hang of it before deleting something you wish you hadn't. ![]() |

I just save the same name all the time. Keeps it simple and you can always restart a patrol if you screw up and are not playing DID. I play DID so that's why one name makes sense.
