Can't Patch from 1.0!

Hi folks, I downloaded the patch last night and discovered I can't patch my game due to an error in some txt file. I was hoping someone could send it to me or something and see if the patch works then.

file is de_menu.txt from ...\data\menu.

Yes, naturally vanilla.

Screenshots normally end up in the installation directory of SHIII, "SilentHunterIII" (not the "SH3" folder in My Documents).
