End around.

Can anybody tell me how can I do an end around without having radar in my boat. I don't know if you lose any kind of contact with a ship, does the program reset and loses this ship or can you move without contact and regain the ship after the end around?

You can speed around them out of contact and regain contact.

Deep6 is correct, but you don't need to lose contact.

If you keep the distance to the contact that is closest to you at the same distance you 1st came into sight (you can barely see him, but he cannot yet see you) then speed ahead in an arc always keeping the closest escort at that same distance (changing escorts as you pass by them) you can keep contact. This has the added benefit you can observe and plot their track and note any patturn the escorts use so you can slip in and hit when you expect an opening.

Note: The more speed you use passing by them, the more distance you need to use to stay hidden. I use as little overtake speed as possible both for stealth and to conserve resources for the rest of the mission. If the enemy has radar, then you need to track them for a while to get the best idea of the course and speed you can, then totally break contact for your end-around.
