Adjusting Torpedo Performance?

What file does one access to increase/decrease power of torpedos? Thanks.

Theres already a couple of "super torpedo" mods out.

Grab one of those and look at it.

Thanks but I prefer to make my own changes if is just a matter of changing a value or two.

Well then ask in the mod forum.

What I meant was you could look at those and see what they modified.
