Transfer matter

Does anyone know what are the qualifications for transfer?

I have completed 4 patrols from Pear Harbor and I wish I could be transfered to Brisbane expecting the Solomons campaign!.

No idea really.

It seems to be based on amount of renown and day/date.

Unlike SH-3 I've been able to transfer when I like after finishing 1 mission.

You mean in SH4 you managed to be transfered?

Yes it always lets me transfer after I complete 1 mission. SH-3 It was always 3 missions. Not the same for you ? :hmm:

I prefer Brisbane myself too.

I tried transfering out of Pearl Harbor after my second patrol for the same reason (Solomon campaign) and couldn't, even with 6,000+ renown.

I have 3 different careers going at 3 different bases so this could get confusing.

I assume you know how to work the transfer system as it's not automatic.

You can't transfer unless the base/force in question is operating your submarine type.

That makes sence! My carrer would be degraded to jump to an S-42 after my 90.000tn patrol with the brand new Gato!

That hasn't stopped me and i'm not that slick with this game.

This btw is just a testing phase for me to see all the different features and functions of this game. What works and what doesn't work.

I'm trying out alot of mods and seeing how they work for game play.

So i might not be the one who knows for sure about these transfer problems but, they work for me.

Renoun, tonnage or type of boat hasn't made any difference in transfer
for me.
