game keeps changing my options

game seems to keep changing my options. I set my desired options and relism stuff start a new career then when I play all the settings are different and I cant change them back.

Is there a file somewhere re setting things . is there something I can delete and reset my defaults. getting frustrated

When you start a career, it asks you to choose a difficulty setting. This resets the realism choices to the appropriate ones to that difficulty. If you wish a different realism setting, then you have to change them manually when you're in the squadron office, before setting out on patrol. Click the radio on the top shelf to the left side of the office.

This is a known bug. After you start a career and you're in the office, look to the bookshelf on the left hand side of the screen. There's a book that slides out which you can click which will let you reset your career options so they stick.

EDIT: ok its the radio on the bookshelf, not the book. sorry
