Default Contact Bug ?

After i´ve installed v1.2 Patch my crew constantly tells of contacts.
They don´t ever stop - even after i´ve sailed 2000 km in to nowhere, they simply continue to report on contacts..

Does anybody else have this problem, or know how to get them to stop. ?
I am going crazy..

I think it may have something to do with the sensor ranges - one of my friends gave me some of his edited files, said it would make my crew find ships/convoys better.
But I think it has backfired :hmm:

Do you know wich files that has to be edited and how?

Are you talking about map contacts appearing, or vocal calls? I find that when I drop out of time compression, the crew will usually complete a voice call they were making when I went into TC. I'll frequently hear an "Aircraft Spotted" sound bite when I drop out of time compression, because that didn't finish playing before I started time compression.

I would guess it would be the "edited files". You did back up the originals right ?

No, but I got so tired of listening to them, that I re-installed the game.
And now it works normally again - thanks by the way.
