Most ships come JSGME ready
If they dont then you usually have a cfg which goes in the coutries roster folder of your choice Roster\Sea And the actual ship folder itself which goes into the data\Sea folder Merchants are simple to add as most campaigns have a lot of generic entries which will pick up any ship in the countries roster folder Warships are harder - generally Patrol boats and destroyers should slot in like the merchants Anything bigger may need adding to the campaign files What mod ( s ) are you using and what ships did you want to add

GW has a lot of generic entries so yes merchants should show in convoys
Destroyers should show in TF's too There arent any entries for heavy cruisers in GW so none of those wil show Nor Battlecruisers
