Torp Depth

[REQ] Was wondering if someone could change the Derth Gauge so it reads a max of say 25-30, I cannot think of any reason to have it go to 50 when you will never set it to that and it may easier to set the depth faster.

We may need that depth if someone is able to get the IJN subs working in game.
