RIG FOR DEPTH CHARGES!!

(you've interpreted it wrong - this is a supposed 'expansion' for SHIII, not a separate game; but yes, they are bastards, though you're almost two years late with the news)

Crash Dive!!!

This mod is a rip off of many of the modders work from this site. They try and make you pay for the work of others.

Best not to mention it as your libel to get many a broadside for your troubles!

Rig for silent running, and set course for deeper water!

These thieves never learned their lesson, did they? Everything you mod in a game is not your property, it's still the game owner's property, if I'm not mistaken. This loophole allows for things like this to happen. They didn't create it, but they didn't break any laws either.

Any criminal laws at least. Because they've breached other laws, some as basic as respect for your peers. By breaking this one they did earn the disrespect of everybody who knows it's stolen. Except for thieves themselves.

But did Ubisoft authorized it? If so and if I were a modder I'd withdraw my SH3 mods from the net and keep them to a private club of Subsim donors. If you're going to authorize the sale of my work, then you can start doing your own work, thank you very much.

What's keeping Ubisoft and GMX from repeating the same thing with SH4 if they didn't learned their lesson? Modders: prepare to be robbed, again.

Sir, we're hit! Flooding in the aft torpedo room!

Ah, our old friend.:p

Long story short.

Pinched the best bit's from the community, mixed them all together, then released it as a chargeable product and still managed to f*ck it up.:rotfl:

LOL, are they still in business?:hmm:

@ HunterICX
