NEAL - Nice Change But Gone Now?

This morning (09:00 GMT) when I was viewing & replying to threads/topics there was a nice addition at the bottom of all threads. It seems the 'Thread Tools' were displayed at the bottom of the page.

However, now it is 13:00 GMT and they have disappeared. Were you just trying something out? or will these tools return at some point?

I quite liked them there.

p.s I know that these tools are available in the header links.
