Default Adjusting Gun Range

Greetings,

I am absolutely new to SH4 so I have many questions. I will only post one at this time though. How do I adjust the range on the deck gun. I can see the range setting but cannot figure a way to change it. I have gone through the manual and found no info on this at all.

Thank you in advance for your patience.

and if you hold shift while you use the up and down arrow keys, the range will shift faster

Default Thank you

Thank you Gentlemen for your responses. My wardroom is breathing easier now, there is much less apprehension about getting into a running gun battle. We can confidently predict that enemy will be gunning and we will be running.

Also use the CTRL key to reduce the slew rate for fine corrections.

Thank you for the addition about the shift-key.

And here I thought the range scale was just screwed-up. It was taking me forever to get the gun to the right angle.

(I don't suppose it mentioned this in the manual? OK, we won't get started on that topic.)
