Two things that I would like to see please
1. When blowing the ballasts could we please have some kind of sound inside the sub - I am sure it would have made a noise. The same thing for crash drive - you should hear the air ejecting out of the air tanks and in external view should show bubbles being released.
2. Please reinclude the SH III graphic for when the periscope is up it cause a trail to be left. The faster you are going the more pronounced the effect. This was in SH III and is something I really miss in SH 4 (and spoils some of the immersion).

Please comment if these are possible and what you think. Thanks.

I agree. Also missing are the sounds of water rushing in when pipes have burst. I think there's some basic bug preventing all these sounds from being heard.
