Default [REQ] ? How can we make a scripted scuttling charge for docked ships.

Just had the idea that it may be useful
in historical settings to be able to
program a docked ship to scuttle itself sans enemy fire
on a time trigger in ME

any suggestions.

and no this isnt a dig at france.
they had a bad war maybe the worst
of any major but the ability to
recreate the mass scuttlings
would be cool especially if the
burning wrecks can be left semi
submerged as in many photos ive
seen of the event.

[edit]
how about a mine formation that moves like a liferaft
and set to arrive in contact with the docked ship
at the appropriate time.

doable?

Hmmm the mines are doable
Not sure of the benefits though as have to be in the right place right time to see it

And its such a small event

Worth a go though
Crack on

Unless you can persuade DD to add a naval mine to his debris mod
I asked him a while ago and he said he would look into it

Be easier than trying to move a minefield that way
