SH4 still not widely available in California

I was out looking for printers today and noticed that Frys and Best Buy still had not gotten SH4 in. It wasn't at CompUSA or the Circuit City I stopped at either. I asked a store manager, who was familiar with SH4, and he said that he's been asked about it several times and that his information is that less than half the stores that might normally carry it have gotten any in so far.

I have the impression that marketing the game in the US and Canada was really an after thought, and that might explain a lot of the odd things we see. It was designed for the European market and not the US. I think Ubisoft really thought it would not sell well in the US.
