Question: What does the difficulty setting in the career menu do? It seems different than the game options where you check the realism settings. I play at a high realism so do I need to check normal or hard or very hard?

Does this mean it overrides my realism settings? If so, which setting is 100% realism but still allows for external view? Sorry but this setting has mean confused and SHIII allowed it to be customized in career mode

If you want to tweak your realism settings in career mode, just click on the radio in the captain's office (on top of the bookshelf to your left). That's where you find the options.
And there is no such thing as 100% realism with external view! ![]()
