getting rid of crew in port

I'm sure this has come up but here I am sitting in Pearl with modded renown out the wazoo. I want to get rid of the recruits on board so i can enlist some people in the barracks that know what they are doing. In SH3 you could dismiss crewmen and enlist new ones. Is this an option I am overlooking in SH4? Please advise as I want to take a top crew out instead of a bunch of rookies. Thanks in advance Bwchaney
