Default sales question

SH4 charted at no.1, did SH3 do likewise when it was released?

Im pretty sure it didn't. Articles was written about the ten most hopeless sellers of 2005 and SH3 was one of them. So for launch day sales madness Im sure SHIV did better.

Very specialized simulation and strategy games usually don't unless you're talking SimCity or the Sims. Doesn't make it any less great of a game though!

So how can someone make a comment like "SH4 charted at no.1, did SH3 do likewise when it was released?"
