Where Am I ? Another dumb Q

How can I quickely find my sub on the navigation map if I suddenly "lost my bearings" ? I mean, is there any command to "center" your sub on the map ?

I think it's ctrl-left click.

i dont want to start another nub question so ill ask here... i read that theres 5 different ways to find speed of target... could anyone explain them? Im having difficulties
