Hi Guys..

I already tried the search.. but could not find an answer.
So I am sorrie if this questions was already asked.

How can I remove that anoying blurry watery graphic when you surface with the outside camera ?

That nice a few times.. now it gets anoying..

Thanks..

p.s. is there a way to put the Gato in the submarineschool ?

Are you even serious?

Hey, I suggest you go load up Red Storm Rising, Wolfpack, SWOTL or Ace of Aces. Nice VGA/EGA graphics for you. No blurry watery graphic effects to worry about!

God.

Yeah, here's what you do: when you surface, close your eyes and count to 3.... works every time

Wish there was a camera on the conning tower like in the films. Those were dad's favorite shots in the movies.

I agree 100%, it should be toggle-able since for many people, including myself, that effect gets old very fast.

...Yes it's a feature...it's there to make things more real.

Try aiming at a cruiser with the blurry water effect in monsoon type waters...you only get a few times to see your target...it makes you appreciate those little times...

..plus I think it's cool, haven't gotten sick of SH4 yet. Still going strong...well...almost...was going good with my patrols...then I got sunk by every sub commanders nemesis...

a Destroyer...bah...and I was doing so well too...

Are you talking about this effect on the periscope ?
I am talking about the outside F11 cam..

I agree. And I want some other effects to be toggle-able too !

- Metal sinks in water
- Bullets kill people
- My diesel tank gets empty

Only after the dev-team has made those changes I will play SH4 again

i think there seems to be some aggrevation about this question. Settle down guys, it was a question about the blurry effect as you come out the water on external cam mode. This mode is not sim, i.e periscope water - we can understand that. Personally I thought it was my graphics card until I changed it and found it wasn't. Just a strange feature to add imo. Not game breaking, just strange. But its still an opinion, no need to flame

It was a friendly question! Why is there a need to punch?
