Default High Explosive Deck Gun visuals

When you have explosions isnt there usually a ball of fire and smoke?
When im using HE shells from the deck gun I can barely tell if im hitting anything, once in a while i might see a flash, even hitting water an HE shell should put up a 20-25 foot geyser of water, then you could see if you were shooting short, long, front or behind.As it is now I think is kinda weak.

It wouldn't be a bad idea, at present one often gets a similar flash off an AP round strike. That looks about right to me for a solid lump of metal hitting another at high velocity. For HE rounds I'd like to see a more distinctive explosion preferably a dirty one with a reasonable amount of smoke emitted.
