how to edit reload time and ammo

Hi everybody,

In sh3 i knew how to increase the amount of grenades and to edit the reload time of the deck gun.It was in cfg / basic where you could edit it.This folder still exists,but there are the old guns and torpedos of sh3 in.So its not longer in use.
Has somebody allready found the place in sh4 where i can edit this ?

Any help would be nice

Just posted about it in the mods section.... we really need a way to change this.

This is really not cheating.. I'm a damn US Submarine commander so I damn WANT to have more than damn 1000 AA bullets on my damn ship!
