Play SH3 and another game simultaneously

I have dual processors and dual screen, and after I have understood, SH3 only uses one processor. That means in theory I can have SH3 and FarCry on each monitor, so while I'm cruising, I as the capt'n can play FarCry or SH4 on my computer

(can't be all work and no play all the time if you are a capt'n...).
But so far I haven't been able to figure it out.

When I play SH3 in fullscreen I only see parts of the other screen, and as I understand from the other posts windowed mode isn't completely easy to get to work.
Any advice?

Have anybody managed to put SH3 in another monitor and work as normal and just take a glance once in awhile?

PS, in addition even if I have Farcry in windowed mode I can't change it to another monitor...
