I don't do the menu stuff so could the Ticket to the museum
popup be dumped?

YES PLEASE! What's the point of it?

Dunno if it's within the scope of mere modding though. Editing out the "ticket" line in menu.txt does not "force" the message to disappear - it merely removes the text. So my guess is it's hard coded (which would seem logical to me).

Damn.
It just bugs me to have to click that thing as much as I jump in
and out of there!
What were they thinking?
:rotfl:
So where is that line?
I think I'll change it to:
I know this bugs the Bejezzus outta you, But hit the yes anyway FOOL!

I kind of like it. I remember misclicking a few times in SH3 and having to wait for the museum to load just so I could back out and click what I meant to click.

It's like anything else.
Some like it, some not.

I know the good old times of misklicking on the SH3 GWX museum
The loading time was horrible

But now we have the fast SH4 museum with a stupid question.

I don't know how to delete the window, but I know how to rename:
Data/Menu/Menu.txt

3544=Do you have a ticket?

----> 3544=Am I annoying you?
YES

3 possiblilties:
-Owned by graphic card drivers
-Owned by a mod, which plays with the menu files
-Owned by a ruined game.

You should save your modfolder and reinstall the whole game.
