Crashing on SH4

When I push the leter A to mainntain my submarines depth the game crashes. What did I do wrong?

It`s a well known bug that comes with patch 1.1.

On the keyboard reference for SH 4 to maintain depth is the letter A as it was with SH 3. How could it be so well known when the game just came out 4 days ago
