When on patrol, the time compression reverts to 1x when radio messages received, but doesnt revert to 1x when the "Ship Sighted!" report is issued. This has been a big bummer as I've missed actually seeing a ship on my first partol. TGB at 2048x is the order of the day.

Check the main.cfg file (open it with a text editor) in the ...\my documents\SH4\data\cfg folder and look under "time compression".
EnemyDetected=X Standard value is 8. It works just fine for me. |
