Default Sub School

Hi, just got the game today. Cant seem to work out if I have passed the school or not. I have completed the 1st 3 but the only recognition I got was mission completed screen. Now have I passed? I ask this because when I look back at the missions it doesnt say.

In the manual it also says do not worry about getting a low score. I didnt get a score!

Is there an option I cannot see for looking that says take exam like in sh3?

Same here....the manual (printed with a German U boat in the background lol) says you get a reknown bonus for finishing the school...but I dont see a difference.

You know what's even weirder, the manual mentions there is a "Sonar and Radar Training" section in the Sub School...and there is no such animal. I only have Nav, Guns, Torpedo, and Convoy menu options.

Anyone know anything about this? Especially since there is a serious shortage of info on Sonar and Radar in the manual (1/2 page each!).

Hey look, first post!

WELCOME META!!

Ya I found that odd too. Just like the manual also says "diving into the green range on the depth gauge is OK, Yellow is good for evasion, and red is almost certain death" or something like that.... funny thing is, at least on my tambor sub, there are no Green, yellow, or red markings....

Hey ya I noticed that too...there's a serious disconnect between the docs and the latest version... :hmm:

I never noticed that. They took the box art from SH3. Oh man, that's bad. :rotfl:
