TDC problem and another q

Hi all

I am running Stock SH3 1.4b at the moment. Doing some manual TDC practice till they can fix the SH4 chronometer speed bug.
I have a little question about the TDC.
I am currently using T1 G7a torpedoes. And in the torpedo training mission I found out I had to get pretty close (Less then 600 yards.) To make sure those things hit very well.
In my first manual TDC attack ever, I managed to plot a course to intercept the C2 Transport at less then 500 yards, I got everything right and managed to sink the ship. My question is, in the TDC attack Map, I cannot change Spread on either tubes. Is there a way to fix this? Edit: This is fixed, I managed to find out the manual button for it :P

And also, when I fired my second salvoe at a smaller freighter, and my crew was supposed to load the next 4 torpedoes to prepare for an attack at yet another ship, all I get is: Torpedo waiting in queue for loading. And it stays like that, forever.. waited for 3 hours for them to load. Is there a way to fix this as well? Resolved: Get the tubes closed? :P
