Can Anyone Tell Me If This Is True ?

I might be losing it , and might have read to much into it or in my old age imagined it!

Was there not talk of torps in SH4 damaging ships rudders and props?

Ok this was a mission in ver 1.0, but I put 2 torps right into the stern of a ship, my 0 was on her 180 from 800meters and both wer e hits, explosions and water plumes. Apart from a slight slow down and turn to starboard, she was picking up speed and had corrected her course and was back in line in the convoy.

Torp into the stern, damage to rudders and props, my imagination? Or was there not talk of that in one of those dev tapes, that there would be damage modelled.

I think 2 torps right into a ships 180 would damage something back there?
