How to convert metric to feet as per the new patch

Does anyone know how to convert metric to feet after the patch was installed. ANYBODY PRAYING FOR THE MOD GOD?

1 meter = 39.37 inches = 3.28 feet = 1.09 yards

No doubt, this is going to be a pain in the neck, 'cause seems to me I'm seeing both meters and feet referred also
