Or use GIMP....it's great and it's free (allthough I use Photoshop myself).

lol, do NOT buy photoshop unless you are in the graphics profession. It's too expensive and overkill for anything less.

GIMP has been mentioned & is good. There are many tutorials for GIMP aswell as plugins. It's a good FREE option.
