Nuetral Ports?

It has been over a year since I played SH3. Just installed again after I installed a new DVD drive. Have the new GWX 1.2 and New Commander.
Was there a mod were you could dock at Nuetral Port and take on fuel and ammo? but you had to return to home port to complet Patrol?
Was it RUB 1.2? Things must be different with GWX? I approched Kristiansand, Norway was marked in Green. Time Fall 1939. My F1 key showed not at war with Norway? I was meet with a war ship a Armed Trawler as I approaced the harbor. I thought this must be my escort to docks:rotfl: :rotfl: Did not have my bridge crew at Battle stations

As the armed Trawler Norway flag drew close he open fired on me. with his guns

was in shallow water. Hit the crash Dive alarm and send her
to the bottom. Hole in hull, and internal damage inside. One Chief Petty office KIA. I think he was in diesle engine area ? After approx 30 mins all
inside damage repaired. reversed couse and headed for open sea just below PD. Luckey the Trawler did not drop DC's on us he just sailed off
and parked near shore in harbor. Using my ship's camera he appeared to be the only ship in the harbor.
So I guess Nuetral Ports are not safe to sail into? even if they show green.
Ready to leave on patrol 3 have a notion to go back to Kristiansand
See if I can find that Armed Norway Trawler. and send it to the bottom.
I sure won't approch on the surface this time.

Or should I say away till war is declared on Norway then go looking for him?
Have you SH3 players had any attacks using GWX like above from Nuetral
Ships. in Nuetral harbors? "Oh we had services and bured our Chief at open sea" Ready to leave Wihelmshaven to patrol 3 Fall 1939.

There are supply ships in neutral harbours and supply U-Boats as well in GWX. A neutral patrol ship will not fire at you unless you take pop shots at a enemy ship.

Supply ships and mik cows just certain dates right? in Nuetral Ports?
Was that normal to be attacked by that Armed Norway Trawler? in Nuetral Port This is all new to me GWX 1.2 SH3 Commander Like I said I haved played for a year,
about pop shots My crew was on Bridge not at Battle stations no shots were fired?

The only time I got shot at is when I accidentally bumped a patrol ship. If your spotted by an enemy merchant and they fire on you the patrol ship will fire. Apart from them reasons I have no idea.

Good info. Are your skins in the GWX Comb skin Pack.?
I installed the GWX Skin Pack into SH3 Commander Data Folder.
I wish I had used the mod installed to install it?
I wonder why they don't recomend installing the Combined skin Pack addon? saw that in a readme? To late I installed it
