I know this may sound crazy but I cannot get an answer from Fed Ex. I will not be at my residence for about a week after SH 4 is to arrive. I have never received an item from Fed Ex before. What happens to my game? Is it returned to UBi for shipping again? I live in a rural area and do not have a neighbor that could accept it. I wrote UBI an email asking them to delay shipping (I kinow that hurts) and they said they cannot change. So what might happen? Thanks anyone for your help

Don't you have someone that can 'cover' for you...checking your mail, etc.. while you are gone? We frequently do that. We are 'mail agents' for our Daughter, living Out of Country.. and we get a lot of Fed Ex for her. Some have to be signed for...

Find the local Fed Ex Distribution Center in your area. This is where the package will be loaded onto the van. Contact them directly and give them your tracking number and package details. Ask them to hold your package until a specific delicery date.

Thanks to all. I sure hope they don't leave it at the door. We've had about 30 inches of snow in the last 2 weeks and the person removing snow would probably plow it under or away. Sad part is, we have no Fed Ex office within 50 miles of my town, they just have drop off points, but I know they will assist me somehow. It is a shame you can't talk to someone at UBI and ask them to hold on the shipping until one is ready to receive. I ordered it because I wanted the special edition or whatever it is called and thought I would be at my residence to receive it. I really do live in the boon docks.
