Latest way to watch video from home whenever you want

Been screwing around with this for a bit now, and allthough it is a bit touchy, it works pretty good.

This way, I can watch live TV from my PC at home, or watch stored video, play music, stream pictures, etc wherever and whenever I want, directly from my PC's hard drive over a standard web browser. It transcodes it to fit your internet bandwidth and away you go. Figured I'd share it since it is also good for sharing videos that are too long to post on YouTube.

In the past, I had to download the vid via my ftp server. This solves that little problem at the expensive less vid quality.
