Default A spectacular mod idea came to me

Ok brace yourself because this one is going to blow your mind. It came to me in a dream last night. Ready? Ok,...how about we mod blinkers onto the subs? Great idea no? That should help eliminate collisions when youre making a night time surface attack. I have been using hand signals when making a course change but I dont think that the enemy convoy can see them. Safety first. Even during war time!

Seriously,...how do you use the SS? I know how to load and fire them but not how to get them to light the area I need lit. I just "brushed" yet another cargo at night in the fog. Not sure how much a SS would help in the fog though.

I do not have SS anymore. Night time surface attack is ok for me. I never had a collision while I was surfaced attacking.

, hell, I have hit my own merchant leaving port in broad day light. If I'm not mistaken there where two u-boats that collided at sea. One went down. I do not remember the U boat numbers.

Considering some of the conditions, and size of some of the wolf-packs, that is not surprising. By the way like the sig

What a brilliant idea! We could have reversing warning sirens and a pair of large wing mirrors on the side of the conning tower(why is it called that?) which would mean that I wouldn't have to turn 360 degrees on the spot

You may have guessed that I've just noticed my avatar:hmm:
