I'm guessing that it's a wizz wheel of sorts. I would say american but for the 'Greek Slide Rule' lettering.

It is actually British.It was invented by a greek officer in WW2 and was adopted by the RN.It was used to calculate torpedo spread and firing interval.I think it would be a good tool in any of the subsims.I just need someone to make it.
