The sig is taken from SHIII, the water looks nothing like in the pics of SHIV. And the "Ubisoft Guinea Pig" answers your question about the beta testing.

If he is in the beta.. he's more then likely on an NDA, so theirs no point in confronting him about it, cause he won't be able to say a damn thing.
