Default Minesweeper "on the rocks"

This German minesweeper ran aground outside Florø, Norway last night, most likely due to navigational error...(no kidding?)

It was off Norfolk or Lord Howe Islands (can't remember which one). I know the locals loved it, they had all the media and salvage teams filling up the hotels in off season. A good portion of the crew also stayed ashore.

Ships from the UK have a bad history of finding the rocks here in Australia. Captain Cook get's to claim the first honours

Wow, I'm guessing the captain and OOD of this vessel are pursuing new career options at this moment.
