No upgrades!
Hi.
I run SHIII with GWX and Commander. I´m in Dec. 1940 in an IX-B. Homeport Lorient. I´m waiting to have the second conningtower. But there is none. No engine or batterie upgrade......  The only upgrade so far is the 2cm FK C/30 Flakzwilling. Is it supposed to be that way? /VV
