Kriegsmarine pocket watch?

Have been clearing out my father in law flat after he moved and have come upon a watch which I have been told is Kriegsmarine issue. On the black face it has UHREFABRIK BUREN A.G. and A. LUNSER BERLIN. He was in Germany at the end of the war which is where I guess he picked it up. Anyone have any info on these watches or know where to look?

Uhrenfabrik Buren AG: Original Firma F. Sutter & Co. Käfer in Büren an der Aare, Switzerland. Produced pocketwatches of all kinds and tablewatches. Most watches were sold to England. 1898 Firm H. Williamson Ltd.,London takes over. Renamed in "Uhrenfabrik Buren AG". Now mostly production of pocketwatches. Not much interfering from London motherfirm. With big crash of 1929 H. Williamson Ltd., London goes "kaputt". Group from Switzerland and England have capital and buy firm. HQ is now in Switzerland and only name is Uhrenfabrik Buren AG. Development and production of watches. 1966 sold to Hamilton Watch Company. Hamilton Watch Company is taken over by SSIH in 1971. 1972 end of Uhrenfabrik Buren AG.
