Getting Killed or Death Scene

I know nothing about programing so excuse the question, but is it possible for a patch to be made that would give us a better death scene as the one in the game is a bit of anti climax. I am sure your answer must be no, because i feel pretty sure if it could have been done you experts would have done it. But i had to ask anyway.

I've been wondering this myself but I gotta figure the answer is no, otherwise we'd have a death screen mod already out there.

You are correct. The End Game is hard coded so the answer is no.
