Text In French?

For some reason, my ship identification manual and radio messages are all now in French, even though I have English selected for everything (except for German as the spoken language).

Now I'm as fond as the next U-Boat captain of good wine, cheese, and extra friendly girls, but when the BdU start sending me message traffic in French, I draw the line.

Happened right after I installed SH3. Other than the options in the main loading screen, is there some other hidden toggle?
