Weird Radio Message

So its the beginning of the War and im getting all kinds of radio messages. The Usual stuff, Begin Hositilies against england, Dont attack French ****s unless in self defense. then i got this weird message, it goes something like this.
From: Open Freq
To: U-101
sssss sssss sssss sssss 4.432 N -1,987 W
sssss

I forgot the orginal Lat and Long numbers, those r made up. But i dont understand it? I didnt respond to the message, cause i was thinking the British were sending me to a trap. What do u guys think of it?

"SSS" was the code for "sighted submarine" or "under attack by submarine"

Distress call made by ships when sighting or being attacked by submarines. The message itself is just to help add to the immersion of the game or as posted earlier 'eye candy'
