Steed,have you seen the topic for this week?It is about a man having a duel with his bank manager!!You would need more than a flintlock pistol to deal with some call centres!!

Call centres are a less of a bother these days thanks to TPS.

TPS I have not had one market research or tele-marketing call since TPS was implemented on our home line.
