Question concerning the position values in the menu_1024_768.cfg

Hi,

in the file menu_1024_768.cfg you have many lines of the form

Pos=0,141,670,140

Can anyone explain what the four values mean? I guess they are some coordinates measured from the origin but what do they mean exactly and from which point they are measured? Thank you very much in advance,
