Simfeeling Mod

This is for the attention of FLB Sale U-99 or anybody who can help
I have installed the SIMFEELING MOD along with the GWX Upg Tools&Dials V0.2 and, GWX_SC_v0.1 i have changed the Dials.cfg, 1024-768.ini and the en-menu txt. as per the Readme English for the SIMFEELING MOD.
I am getting a black line as shown in the attached picture.

I am playing GWX at 1280x1024 using the Compatibility Administrator.
