Can't select U-boat customize option and Cannot open stats

For some strange reason I cannot open these anymore.

Does anyone know what has happened??

I know I am giving only little info on my problem. But I also have very little info.
Just one mission it worked and then all of a sudden after the 19th mission it doesn't work anymore and I cannot click on them anymore.
They also do not lit up when I hover above. :-/

Are u in ur home port or other port? Because u cant selected those in other ports besides ur home port.

Are you in your home port ?
If you are in any other friendly base or a milkcow\resupply then you will not be able to access them
