GWX question (fantasy campaign)
Can anyone tell me if I was to change the uboat description in the campaign file to the type XXI u-boat, would that be all that I would need to do to have a campaign where the type XXI is available for 1939 onward?
A "what if Germany had waited" scenerio. TIA |
