How can I activate the Radiogoniometer's antenna in SHIII?

Do you mean to make it functional or to raise it ?
I it's the first teoretically it's working when you're surfacedm however I've never got a contact from it, it it's just to raise it search for Anvart's radar/df antenna, if you use GWX we'll be including the raised/rotating DF antenna in the jan update.
